Sound familiar?
The system handles each one

A confidential document is copied outside the corporate network

How the system responds

A file stays protected outside the corporate network, and only authorised users can open it. Any internet service can be used safely to send protected confidential files: cloud storage, messengers or email.

Some employees need to work with the files, while other staff and outsiders must not be able to open them

How the system responds

Rights are assigned individually or by user group — by specific people and by roles.

The system administrator needs a clear tool for managing user rights and access to files

How the system responds

A single console for administering rights and auditing the users who work with protected files.

The System protects against today’s main threat models
